Short answer is 'No'. We have no plans to charge our writers at all.
Mostly this depends on the clients requirements, however, we will be requiring all kinds of writers. We are working constantly to generate work for all writers. And hence, we will require from blog writers to website writers which also includes copy-writers, proof-readers, translators to various regional or international languages and many more.
This is a good question. Idea of requesting your resume was, that we pull out the details on type of writing you do. Based on that, we will be adding the category in our marketing brochure to the clients and also target advertisements to get more work in that category. So might not be right away, but we won't let go such categories.
Since the COVID-19 Pandemic has not ended yet, all jobs would be on freelance work from home basis. Once the work is allocated to writer and accepted by writer, we will give them sufficient time frame in which they need to complete their writing assignment. So the hours can be flexible for writers too.
